Our Allies or the provider of your choice are responsible for repairing and documenting the damages. If there is suspicion of mold, a professional test with allied experts is requested.

Submission of the Complaint and Follow-up

(2-6 months)

Once the work is completed and the contracts signed, our advisor will file your insurance claim and follow up. If necessary, specialized attorneys will intervene to protect your rights.
